About
Some people come in feeling stuck. Others are carrying the weight of anxiety, relationship pain, body image struggles, or a life that no longer feels like their own — and they're ready for something to change.
As a therapist and counselor, I work with children, adolescents, adults, and couples in Bronxville, NY and throughout Westchester County — in person or via online therapy (teletherapy) — using Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, and cognitive approaches, meeting you exactly where you are. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or a relationship challenge, together we slow down, go deeper, and build practical tools rooted in your own strengths — not a one-size-fits-all script. Healing looks different for everyone, and I'm honored to walk that road with you.
Taking that first step toward help isn't easy, and I want you to know that whatever you're carrying, you don't have to carry it alone. There's no perfect moment to start, and you don't need to have it all figured out.

Beyond the Practice
Outside of session, you'll usually find me training in mixed martial arts or in the kitchen making authentic Italian dishes. One of my proudest accomplishments was owning and operating an Italian restaurant in Upstate New York — a reminder that discipline, patience, and taking care of people show up in more places than just the therapy room.
